Terms & Conditions — ca44 Platform Rules

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words importing one gender include all genders.

References to "these Terms" or "this Agreement" mean these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time. References to "applicable law" mean the laws and regulations applicable in the jurisdiction from which a Player accesses the ca44 platform. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of ca44 is lawful in their jurisdiction.

To register and maintain an account on the ca44 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.

As the registered holder of a ca44 account, you bear full responsibility for all activity conducted through that account. The following obligations apply to every Player at all times.

• Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ca44 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify our support team at [email protected].
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify ca44 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. ca44 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your ca44 account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer account ownership — including the sale of login credentials — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Contact Information: You must keep your contact details — including email address and mobile number — current and accurate at all times. ca44 uses these details for account verification, security alerts, withdrawal confirmations, and responsible gaming communications.
• Prohibited Activities: You must not use your ca44 account for any fraudulent purpose, money laundering activity, or any activity that violates applicable law. This includes placing bets using funds derived from criminal activity, manipulating game outcomes through technical exploits, or colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage.
• Device and Network Security: You are responsible for ensuring that the device and network you use to access ca44 are free from malware, spyware, or other malicious software that could compromise account security. ca44 is not liable for losses arising from security failures on a Player's own device or network.
• Responsible Account Management: You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to monitor your own gaming activity and make use of the responsible gaming tools available within your account settings — including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion — if you feel your gaming is becoming problematic.

All financial transactions on the ca44 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ca44 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by players across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

ca44 conducts anti-money laundering (AML) checks on all financial transactions as a matter of policy. Any transaction that triggers an AML alert may be held for manual review. ca44 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before releasing funds held under AML review. Players who are unable to demonstrate a legitimate source of funds may have their withdrawal request declined and their account referred for further investigation.

ca44 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Eligibility: Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to verified players with accounts in good standing. Players who have previously abused bonus offers or whose accounts are subject to restrictions may be excluded from promotional eligibility at ca44's discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified clearly on each promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the full bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in qualifying games before withdrawal is permitted.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games such as baccarat and roulette may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements have an expiry period, stated in each promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not met within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While bonus funds are active in your account, a maximum single bet limit applies. Placing bets that exceed this limit while wagering through a bonus constitutes a bonus abuse violation and may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at any given time. If a Player opts into a new promotion while a previous bonus is still active and not fully wagered, the previous bonus may be forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: ca44 reserves the right to void bonus funds, withhold associated winnings, and suspend accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using technical exploits to meet wagering requirements at reduced risk, or placing offsetting bets across accounts.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the ca44 platform, across all product verticals including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and virtual sports.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at ca44's sole discretion. ca44 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without explanation, including bets placed at odds that were displayed in error or bets that ca44 believes were placed with knowledge of an outcome that was already determined at the time of placement.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed on each game or market interface. ca44 reserves the right to adjust individual Player stake limits at its discretion, particularly where a Player's betting patterns suggest professional or arbitrage activity.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by ca44 in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors in odds display, data feed failures, match abandonment before the minimum number of overs or minutes required by the market, or where ca44 has reasonable grounds to believe the integrity of an event has been compromised.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game software failure, all affected bets may be declared void. ca44's technical decision in relation to any malfunction is final. ca44 is not liable to pay out winnings generated as a result of a software or hardware malfunction.
• Fair Play and Game Integrity: All casino games on the ca44 platform use independently certified RNG software. Players must not attempt to exploit software bugs, use bots or automated betting scripts, or engage in any form of collusion. Violation of fair play rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance.
• Results and Payouts: The result recorded in ca44's system at the time of settlement is final. For sports betting, results are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of the relevant event period as defined by the market rules. Protests, replays, or post-event amendments to official results may or may not be reflected in ca44's settlement at ca44's discretion.
• In-Play Betting: In-play betting markets are available on selected cricket, football, and other live events. In-play odds change rapidly, and there may be a brief delay between an on-field event and the suspension of the relevant market in ca44's system. ca44 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after an event that materially affects the market outcome has occurred, even if the market was not yet suspended at the time of placement.

ca44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. We believe that gambling should be an entertaining and enjoyable leisure activity, and we take active steps to prevent and address problem gambling. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that you are responsible for managing your own gaming behaviour.

• 18+ Strict Enforcement: ca44 is strictly an adults-only platform. Players must be 18 years of age or older to register, deposit, and play. Age verification is conducted at registration and may be repeated at withdrawal. Accounts confirmed to belong to under-18 players will be immediately suspended.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the responsible gaming section of their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the new limit becomes active.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic session time reminders that generate an on-screen alert after a defined period of continuous play. These reminders encourage players to take regular breaks and maintain perspective on their gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Any player who wishes to take a break from gaming may activate a self-exclusion directly from their account settings. Self-exclusion options include temporary periods (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days) and permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, account access is suspended, no marketing communications are sent, and reactivation before the exclusion period ends is not permitted for temporary exclusions.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic pop-up notifications during active gaming sessions that display session duration and net win/loss figures, helping players make informed decisions about continuing their session.
• Support Referrals: ca44's support team is trained to recognise signs of problem gambling behaviour and may, at their discretion, provide information about external support resources to players who exhibit such patterns. ca44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time frame or provision of false, incomplete, or misleading identity documents.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, collusion, match-fixing, or use of prohibited software.
• Account registration by a player who is under 18 years of age.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at ca44 staff or other players.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated with a payment provider without first contacting ca44 support.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the Player.
• Extended account inactivity, as defined in ca44's dormant account policy.

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., where closure is voluntary or due to inactivity rather than a breach), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after applicable verification checks. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

These Terms & Conditions represent the complete agreement between you and ca44 in relation to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or verbal. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. ca44's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision or ca44's right to enforce it on a future occasion.
